SecureCRT 7.1 beta 2 is now available for download. SecureCRT 7.1 adds tiling to Mac and Linux versions as well as a dependent session option for connection to a jump host or SSH gateway before connecting to other sessions. Kermit support adds an additional option for file transfer. On the Windows platform, support for SHA1 in RSA signatures allows X.509 certificates to be used in FIPS mode.
The change is that when the “Scroll to bottom on output” option is unchecked, SecureCRT will never scroll to the bottom. Previously, if less than a screen was scrolled back, it would scroll to the bottom on new output. This has been implemented in a beta version of SecureCRT. If you would like to try it, please send me e-mail.
