A maintenance release of VShell 4.2.2 was released today to address issues found in VShell 4.2.1. You can download the new release from the VShell download page.
Please see the history file for a complete list of changes:
VShell 4.2.2 for Windows adds “Connect As” support that allows administrators to specify alternate credentials that will be used when accessing a virtual root path. Also on Windows, a new import/export tool in the VShell Control Panel makes it easy to back up or copy the VShell configuration from one machine to another. On all platforms, connections can be denied based on user name. VShell FTPS adds support for client certificate authentication, as well as the ability to configure SSL encryption and authentication options on a per listen address basis. The VShell Monitor can now be run in the system tray, automatically start on administrator logon, optionally display connection notifications, and provide easy access to the VShell Control Panel and Help.
