The VShell server provides access to specific functionality such as:
- File Transfer
- Command Shell Access
- Port Forwarding
While VShell provides all of this functionality, your specific project may only require file transfer capabilities.
This video shows you how to enable file transfer for most users, while allowing an administrator to continue to have access to the other functionality. The video also shows you how to restrict permissions to certain protocols, such as SCP, SFTP, and FTPS. If needed, you can set up VShell as an SFTP server.
